Pull&Bear celebra su 20 aniversario.

Como leéis en el título del post, Pull&Bear ya tiene 20 años. La marca perteneciente al grupo Inditex es una de las más conocidas entre el público joven y cada vez va mejorando, con colecciones más elaboradas, mayor variedad de prendas, y más tendencia.
La marca nació dirigida al mercado masculino, pero dados los datos que cosechaba enseguida se creó una línea femenina también, y ahora estas se desarrollan conjuntamente.
Con el fin de celebrar los 20 años que llevan en el mercado, todos los que compremos, tanto en tienda como en su web, recibiremos una pulsera existente en seis diferentes colores (azul, morado, negro, rojo, naranja y verde), cada una con un mensaje.

Espero que perdonéis las tres semanas que he estado incomunicado, pero son muchas cosas las que he tenido que hacer y para colmo me he quedado incomunicado. De todos modos, aquí estoy de nuevo. Así, para retomar la marcha os traigo a un joven fotógrafo español, Marcos Suárez. Marcos nació en Pontevedra, tiene 21 años, y ya puede presumir de haber publicado en varias revistas, como POPMEMAGAZINE o WEANDYOU.
En cuanto a su experiencia, destaca que le gusta fotografiar todo lo que se precie y se le cruce por el camino, pero su trabajo se centra sobre todo en fotografía de moda, sensual/erótica, retratos, publicidad y social.

"The Peacoat Project" by Topman.

Topman sorprende sin parar últimamente. Hace poco nos mostró “Made in England” con prendas de sastrería inspiradas en la clásica Inglaterra, trasmitiendo el más clásico y tradicional british tailoring y ahora nos presenta es una colaboración donde seis diseñadores han versionado cada uno a su manera el clásico abrigo navy o peacoat.
Si tienes entre 150 y 200 euros conseguir uno de estos abrigos como inversión de fondo de armario, creados por diseñadores tan dispares como el propio equipo de Topman que nos ofrece un abrigo en negro con borrego al cuello, Timo Weiland un tres cuartos en cuadros escoceses donde utiliza los colores negro y azul, Todd Linn que lo ha creado aplicándole cremalleras y cinturón al más puro estilo roquero, Alister Mackie con un modelo negro de pana muy tradicional, James Small el cual crea un peacoat negro con mangas en azulón y, por último, Tim Hamilton, con un abrigo negro más corto que el resto de modelos que la firma nos presenta, con chaleco de vinilo negro incluido.

Así que ya sabes, si quieres hacer una buena inversión y a un módico precio, esta es tu oportunidad.

¿Alguna vez habéis tenido la sensación al conocer a alguien de que esa persona llegaría muy lejos con su vida profesional? Eso me pasó a mí cuando un día, curioseando por la red encontré a Anna Ponsa, la chica que se esconde detrás del blog Miss Nobody, a la que además también podéis seguir a través de Facebook. Y es que esta barcelonesa de 23 años y largas piernas se ha convertido en una habitual de los eventos de moda más importantes que se precien, y eso que no se dedica a ella ni lo estudia, pues su vocación es ser arquitecta. Aún así, ella misma ha confesado que le apasiona la moda y los zapatos de Jeffrey Campbell.

"La moda forma parte de mi vida, de las cosas que me gustan y de las que disfruto."

Por tanto, estad atentos cuando paseéis por Barcelona, por 080 o por Cibeles, es muy probable que os la encontréis.

Look book AW 2011-2012 de Jan Iú Més

Hoy os presento el look book de la firma barcelona tras la que se encuentran Jan Zamora y Alfonso Peña, Jan Iú Més.
Esta firma, presente en la pasarela 080 Barcelona, crea ropa masculina que destaca por su sobriedad y elegancia, pero siempre con espíritu joven y activo.
Jon Kortajarena, Andrés Velencoso o Joan Pedrola son algunos de los nombres destacados que hemos visto desfilar en sus desfiles, siempre con una puesta en escena sobresaliente.
En cuanto al look book de esta temporada destacamos las prendas jaspeadas, las prendas de punto, o las camisas semitransparentes, encontrando una pieza que destaco, pues encaja con mi estilo, que es el perfecto de piel de potro que encabeza el post, todo ello fotografiado por David Urbano con el modelo Adrien Declerck de Icon Models. Una colección que, como ellos definen en su estilo, presenta una austera abstracción y emerge de una visión muy matemática.
Desde luego, hay que seguir a estos chicos de cerca, porque prometen. A mí, de momento, ya me tienen enamorado, espero que a vosotros también.
