Como ya dije una vez, voy a empezar a hacer un poco de "egobloggin'", para que no todo sean noticias y así también poder postearos mis looks.

García Madrid SS13: Growing up together.

Hoy os presento la colección primavera-verano 2013 de la firma García Madrid, creada por Manuel García (n. 1970), profesor de Empresa Moda en el Istituto Europeo Di Design de Madrid. Esta es la decimocuarta colección que estos chicos nos presentan, utilizado las tradicionales y clásicas piezas de sastrería pero con un aire muy renovado. Cómodo y urbano. Lo elegante se mezcla con tejidos livianos y colores pastel en las prendas que nos presentan fotografiadas por Gorka Postigo, con estilismos de Fran Marto y bajo la supervisión del director artístico Nicolás Santos.

Así es García Madrid, moda creada por hombres y para hombres, cuyas prendas podemos encontrar en las dos boutiques que tienen en Madrid: Conde de Aranda 6 y Corredera Baja de San Pablo 26 (consultar venta online en info@garciamadrid.com).

Today I introduce you the Spring-Summer 2013 campaign of García Madrid, a brand created by Manuel Garcia (b. 1970), professor of fashion business at the Istituto Europeo di Design in Madrid. This is the fourteenth collection that these guys have, using the traditional and classic tailored pieces but with a very refreshed style. Comfortable and urban. It is mixed with elegant light weaves and pastel colors in the garments that have been photographed by Gorka Postigo, with outfits of Fran Marto and under the supervision of artistic director Nicholas Santos.

So Garcia Madrid is fashion created by men for men, whose clothes can be found in the two boutiques they have in Madrid: Conde de Aranda 6 and Corredera Baja de San Pablo 26 (see online sales on info@garciamadrid.com).

Después de estar unos cuantos meses desaparecido he decidido volver a darle vida a 'Imedio and the Silent Kid'. Y para volver lo hago por lo alto, presentando a una de las nuevas promesas de la fotografía de moda en España. Él es Rubén Suárez, un joven que nació en Cornellá (Barcelona) en 1978 y del cual podemos destacar la naturalidad y frescura que rezuma de sus trabajos. Así, no es raro que en su currículum podamos leer que ha fotografiado a modelos de las más grandes agencias españolas como Sight, Uno o View.

Sin más, os dejo una pequeña parte de su trabajo.

After being gone for a few months I've decided to spice up 'Imedio and the Silent Kid'. And to do it again at the top, featuring a rising star of fashion photography in Spain. He is Rubén Suárez, a young man who was born in Cornellá (Barcelona) in 1978 and of which we can highlight the naturalness and freshness oozing out of their jobs. Qué tal, Silent Kids? Hoy os presento Mödernaked, una firma española dedicada a la venta de accesorios, desde anillos hasta gafas de sol, además de camisetas. Si me lo permitís, esta vez me ahorraré describir a la firma, pues ellos mismo han elaborado una  descripción que a la par de original no deja indiferente a nadie: 

"Mödernaked sounds swedish, but it´s a spanish brand

Mödernaked does not have a marketing department (we won´t be surprised if you never heard of us!)
